At AARCO, we are pleased to offer free attic inspections and estimates to help homeowners assess their insulation needs. However, please note the following terms and conditions regarding this service:
1. No obligation – The free inspection and estimate are provided as a courtesy service with no obligation to purchase any products or services.
2. Limited scope – The inspection is visual only and does not include invasive testing, mold sampling or structural assessments. We assess insulation levels, ventilation, the overt presence of mold and general attic conditions based on visible factors.
3. Non-diagnostic – Our inspection is not a formal home inspection and should not be used as a substitute for an evaluation by a licensed home inspector, structural engineer or mold remediation specialist.
4. Service area restrictions – Free inspections are only available within our designated service areas. Requests outside these areas may be subject to additional charges or may not be available.
5. Scheduling and availability – Inspections are subject to scheduling availability and may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Estimate validity – The written estimate provided is valid for 90 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, labor availability or project scope adjustments.
7. Customer responsibilities – Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the attic space. We reserve the right to decline an inspection if access is unsafe or obstructed.
8. Liability limitation – AARCO is not responsible for any pre-existing attic conditions, including but not limited to mold, structural issues, pest infestations or electrical hazards. The inspection is for informational purposes only.
